Rods

We have used TFO rods for more than five years because they are very strong and yet still give you a great fight with our peacock bass.
We use two sets for each fisherman. One 6'6 8-12lbs and a 7' 6-12lbs
Tuco's Selection of Lures

These is maybe the most famous lure used for our peacock bass. It's called wood chopper and it's great to catch the big ones.

Jumpin' Minnow from Rebel is Tuco's favorite lure. It is also a top water lure and our predator fish go crazy attacking it.

Perversa, a Brazilian subsurface lure, is also highly effective in our waters.

Bucktail jigs are also a great choice to catch a big peacock bass

Another good lure is the yozuri crystal minnow . When they are not hitting on the surface, this is what you want to throw for them.

Rapala's X-rap Sub walk are awesome really good all day long .
